Referral Questions
- Who can refer a business to ForwardChat?
- Any business currently paying for ForwardChat. Agencies and consultants who refer clients as a service join the partner programme instead.
- What do I get for a referral?
- One month of your own plan fee, credited to your next ForwardChat invoice after the business you referred pays its first invoice. There is no limit on referrals. The credit is not paid in cash.
- What does the business I refer get?
- RM 100 off its first month on any paid plan, plus the usual 7 day free trial, with setup free on quarterly and annual billing (RM1,000 one-time on monthly).
- How do you know the business came from me?
- They tell us your business name when they first message us, or use the WhatsApp link on this page and mention you.
