About ForwardChat
ForwardChat is made by Forward Genix, a Malaysian company based in Puchong, Selangor. We build AI that answers your WhatsApp customer enquiries for you.
Who We Are
ForwardChat is AI that answers a business’s WhatsApp customer enquiries on the official WhatsApp Business API, in BM, English, Chinese and Manglish.
It is built and run by Forward Genix, legal name FGX Technologies PLT, an SSM registered company founded in 2025 in Puchong, Selangor. ForwardChat is our product, and forwardgenix.com is our company site.
Why ForwardChat Exists
Malaysian customers do not write in one language. They mix BM, English and Chinese in the same message, the way we all talk. Keyword chatbots look for exact words, so a Manglish message often gets no useful answer.
The other problem is time. Enquiries keep coming after the shop closes, at night and on weekends. When nobody replies, the customer moves on to the next business, and the owner loses the enquiry.
ForwardChat exists to answer those messages properly, in the way your customers actually write, at any hour.
How We Work
- We set up your AI for you. Our team builds its knowledge from your business details, then sets its tone and your hours.
- You keep your own WhatsApp Business Account. You pay Meta directly for messaging, and we add zero markup.
- Pricing is flat, in Malaysian Ringgit, from RM299 a month.
- Try it free for 7 days. No credit card needed.
- AI setup is free on quarterly and annual billing, or RM1,000 one-time on monthly billing.
