How It Works

Introduce the business
Tell us the business name by WhatsApp or email before we speak to them. Your introduction is held for 90 days.
- Step 2
We set up and support
We sell, contract, bill, connect their official WhatsApp number, train the AI on their prices and SOP, and support them.
- Step 3
You earn while they stay
30% of the plan fee we collect from that client, for 12 months, paid to you every quarter.

A client on our Growth plan pays RM 499 a month, so one referral earns you about RM 150 a month for 12 months.

A Few Rules
- Describe ForwardChat as our website does. No promised prices, discounts or features we have not confirmed in writing.
- Do not bid on "ForwardChat" as an ads keyword. Running Meta or Google ads for your own clients is expected.
- Never send WhatsApp or bulk email in ForwardChat's name.
- Either side can end the partnership with 30 days' notice. Commission already earned is still paid.

- Does ForwardChat have a referral programme for agencies in Malaysia?
- Yes. Agencies that run Meta or Google ads, web studios and consultants earn 30% of the plan fee ForwardChat collects from each client they refer, for 12 months. From your 6th active paying client it rises to 35% for all your clients.
- How much does a partner earn per client?
- A client on the Growth plan pays RM 499 a month, so a referral earns you about RM 150 a month for 12 months, around RM 1,800 per client who stays the full year.
- When and how are partners paid?
- Quarterly, by the 15th of January, April, July and October, for fees collected in the quarter before, by bank transfer to a Malaysian account. Commission is paid only on fees the client has actually paid. The minimum payout is RM 100; smaller amounts roll over.
- Who sets up and supports the client?
- ForwardChat does. We connect the client's official WhatsApp Business number, train the AI on their own prices and SOP, and handle support. You keep the client relationship and your ads work.
- Can I keep running ads for my client?
- Yes, and we expect you to. The only ads rule is that partners do not bid on "ForwardChat" as a keyword.
