What You'll Need
Have these 3 things ready before you start:
Facebook Account (personal is fine)
Meta (the company behind WhatsApp) requires a Facebook login to verify your business. This is a one-time thing only. We won't post anything on your Facebook.
WhatsApp Business App on your phone
If you're using regular WhatsApp (green), switch to WhatsApp Business (green with 'B') first. It's free to download from Play Store / App Store.
Make sure it's the latest version — update from the store.
Your phone nearby
You'll need to scan a QR code from your phone during setup. Just like scanning QR for WhatsApp Web.
Your product list / menu / prices / business FAQ
For us to configure your AI. You can send this later — not needed during setup.

Connect Your WhatsApp
2 minutes- In the dashboard, click the "Connect WhatsApp" button
- Log in with your Facebook account
- Select or create a Business Portfolio
- Enter your WhatsApp Business phone number
- A QR code will appear — scan it from your phone
Scan this QR code
Your chat history is SAFE. All old chats stay.
Your WhatsApp Business app on your phone still works as normal.
We will NOT post anything on your Facebook.
Use a Facebook account that YOU own. Don't use your staff's account.
